Do my credits roll over?
Yes. Monthly treatment credits roll over while your membership is active.
What happens if I cancel?
Unused treatment credits expire 90 days after cancellation.
Can I use my membership discount with promotions?
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Can I use my membership for GLP-1 injections?
No. GLP-1 injections, weight loss medications, and prescription medications are excluded from membership perks.
What IV drip is included in Wellness Ritual?
Wellness Ritual includes one designated Essential IV drip per month. Premium IVs, NAD+, specialty add-ons, medication add-ons, and upgrades may require an additional fee.
Can I use my Aesthetic Bank credit toward Botox or filler?
Yes. Aesthetic Bank credit can be used toward eligible aesthetic treatments including wrinkle relaxers, filler, microneedling, PRP, Sculptra, and other eligible skin treatments.
