The VI Peel is a medium-depth chemical peel that combines several acids and antioxidants in one application to resurface dull, uneven skin. At Kloud Health, we offer two peptide-enhanced formulations. Precision Plus with Peptides targets hyperpigmentation, melasma, and sun damage, and Purify with Peptides is designed for acne-prone skin. Your provider will recommend the right one at your consultation.
Skin looks normal for the first day or two, then peels over roughly days three through seven, usually starting around the mouth and nose. Most patients keep working and socializing through it. Every peel comes with a take-home aftercare kit to keep skin comfortable while it heals. If you have an event coming up, book at least 10 days out.
Most patients feel mild tingling or warmth for a few minutes, and no numbing is needed. The VI Peel is formulated to be safe for all skin types and tones, which makes it one of the few medium-depth peels well suited to treating melasma and hyperpigmentation in deeper skin tones.
Many patients see a noticeable improvement in tone and texture after a single peel. For melasma, stubborn pigment, or persistent acne, we typically recommend a series spaced about four weeks apart.
Estimates reflect Botox and Xeomin at $15/unit. Dysport is dosed in more units at $5/unit, so totals land in a comparable range. Your exact dose is set by your provider at your visit.
